Noveltech commenced operations in August 2018. Since then, employee management and related issues have been our core concern. This has been spearheaded by a professional HR management team, with an agenda to create an organization that complies with best practices in addition to relevant laws, statutes and other necessary regulations.
We believe in empowering our people with the opportunity to use their expertise, skill and experience to achieve the company’s objectives. To enable this, the company has a flat organization structure with clearly defined responsibility levels. We are a learning organization wherein associates have the opportunity to experiment and learn.
A state-of-the-art Human Resources Management System linked to SAP enables efficient operations of HR processes and systems. An objective Performance Management System and Compensation Management Philosophy linked to the achievement of the company’s and individual objectives is in place.
Developing a performance driven culture is our endeavour. At the same time, there is an equal emphasis on having a workplace characterized by mutual respect among associates. “Work Hard, Enjoy Hard” is our motto and every small or big opportunity to celebrate is not missed out.
As a rapidly growing organization, we understand the need for smooth integration of people and people processes of new entities that join the Noveltech umbrella. To enable this key requisite for our short-term and long-term success, we are currently developing an appropriate talent management system as well as training and development initiatives based on organization requirements and individual training needs.
